FAR ROC is an architectural competition to design the NYC Broadwalk.
We have imagined to raise some dune and avoiding any further flooding during hurricanes, and also redoing a full wood flooring on the broadwalk equipped with food cabines all along the walk. These eco-friendly cabines will be electrically generated by solar panels, and also get community interest for people to gather around the structure.
Other sur elevated structures will be present on the beach and will provide public access to bathrooms.
