This Green Building Design Competition submission is a proposal for an Amazon headquarters in Long Island City, NY.
The building features offices, residential housing, retail space, entertainment production space, and a rooftop restaurant.
The waterfront building has a 180 degree view of Manhattan’s skyline.
The building have been designed with a green facade to naturally refresh the building, and give a natural environment in this industrial neighborhood of Queens, NY.
Green spaces have also been designed around the building to allow the community to gather and share moments around the retails.
This building will also respect a landmark site and being build over an existing red briq structure.
